SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our fulfilment period is split in to the production phase and shipping phase. Unlike most companies where the product is shipped immediately, ours is a little different. Because we literally hand-draw every single pet photo from scratch, it takes longer than usual to actually ship an order. But it's definitely worth the wait. And each parcel is prepared with a lot more care and attention.

PRODUCTION PHASE

This phase covers the time it takes to review your photo, hand-design your custom pet portrait as well as prepare it for printing on to a physical product. This phase also includes any artwork reviews and revisions that need to be made.
The production phase usually takes 1-2 weeks.

SHIPPING PHASE

Shipping is relatively fast and usually takes 3-7 working days for US orders. International orders will take longer. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.

OVERALL TURNAROUND TIMES

It usually takes a total of 2-4 weeks for you to receive your unique pet product from the date you placed your order. However some orders arrive much faster. We state a 3-5 week delivery time at checkout just to give ourselves a buffer in case orders suddenly increase.
